Our well-regarded client is seeking a star Corporate Receptionist with 1 year+ legal industry experience who is mature and professional and passionate about the front desk.  This opportunity will see you keep their office running smoothly, a smile on clients faces and the initiative to always be one step ahead for their team and senior leaders. The role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work in their Gold Coast office. This firm also has offices in Brisbane and are continuing to grow with a really positive, inclusive and supportive work culture. Your direct report is a delight with a nurturing and professional style of management that will see you succeeding and sharing a laugh daily!


A day in the life of the Corporate Receptionist will see you:

  • Carrying out the day to day administrative functions of the firm, such as operational support / functions, marketing activities, sales, accounting, IT, software and providing support to Legal Secretaries;
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner with a happy and positive demeanour;
  • Greeting clients with a friendly, happy and positive disposition when they are attending the firm, offering tea, coffee, water etc;
  • Maintaining calendars / diaries and ensuring that meeting rooms, and any relevant supporting documents or invitations, where required, are included within the calendar booking;
  • Providing and making all travel arrangements as they come to hand in a timely manner;
  • Being proactive upon new staff members commencing employment by updating / including their information in the phone system, photocopier, containers in Leap etc;
  • Assisting with, and organising, collection agents for documents that require filing in the Courts and couriers;
  • Being responsible for the daily collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining mail register, including deposing to any required Affidavit of service where documents are served by post;
  • Scanning and keeping records of all documents received by the firm, including mail, facsimiles, client documents and other documents;
  • Being responsible for the seamless running of the office which includes (but is not limited to) keeping the kitchen tidy, ordering of office, printer and grocery supplies, emptying shredding bins;
