CORPORATE LEGAL RECEPTIONIST / PERSONAL ASSISTANT!

Our Brisbane client has the need for a talented Receptionist / Personal Assistant at their CBD office,  who will provide administrative assistance and be entrusted with taking care of initial client contact.
Be close to restaurants, cafe's and make new friends in the city!

The successful candidate will have: 

You will be required to perform varied tasks relating to Reception for this busy practice. A day in the life at this firm will have you performing tasks such as:

  • answering phones
  • meeting and greeting clients
  • arranging paperwork - electronically and physically
  • booking appointments for the team and senior leaders
  • dictation
  • opening, closing and archiving files
  • diary management
  • document preparation across a variety of areas of law.
  • Confidence - this is a must!
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
  • To be a team player and willing to put your hand up and help wherever the firm needs you
  • Strong time management and organisational skills; and
  • A "can do" attitude - no task is too big or too small, in this firm, everyone chips in to get the work done!
