Supporting two high-level fee-earners, this will be a challenging and rewarding role. You will be working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. You can expect your duties to include:
- Diary management;
- Email management;
- Booking appointments;
- Liaising with clients;
- Amending and drafting documents;
- Drafting correspondence; and
- General secretarial duties as required.
The successful applicant will be wanting to make a long-term career as a Legal Secretary. You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Legal Secretary
- Property and / or litigation experience is essential;
- Experience supporting high-level fee-earners;
- A desire to go above and beyond for your fee-earners;
- An adaptable approach to your work;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines; and
- Excellent communication skills.
