The Role
This exciting opportunity is available for a high performing Senior Legal Assistant that can be flexible and adaptable. This role has a strong EA/PA angle and will see you supporting a dynamic Partner and team in the Litigation and Regulatory practice group.

If you are a dedicated Legal Assistant who brings 3-5 years experience in supporting at Partner level or Senior Legal Leaders, we want to hear from you! ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment- experience in litigation highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrate an eye for detail and approach your tasks with enthusiasm and pride
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, and relish the opportunity to exercise your proven time management and organisational skills to deliver excellent client service
  • Possess advanced proficiency in the MS Suite.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work in a high demand administration role

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Word processing, document preparation and drafting correspondence
  • Both paper and electronic filing
  • Attention to detail and taking pride in organisation
  • Liaising with both internal and external clients as required
  • Entering client details into a contacts database
  • Creating new client matter files, closing and archiving client matter files
  • Preparation of documents for international board calls
  • All general administrative tasks including filing and photocopying
