This is the perfect opportunity for a Legal Assistant to take the next step in their career. If you have been working in Property & Commercial Law and you enjoy Conveyancing, Leasing and transactional , this is a great role for you!
This role will see you joining a newly established firm in their start up phase. You will therefore be well versed at setting up systems, creating procedures and managing general office requirements i.e. assisting with precedents and general administration.
Joining a boutique practice that will see you working closely with the Director to achieve team goals, this is a truly enjoyable working environment. In order be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least two (2) years previous experience in a Property & Commercial Law role;
- Conveyancing experience (A-Z);
- Experience with leasing and business sales and acquisitions; and
- General commercial law experience.
This role has great potential for the successful applicant to grow with the firm. Genuinely flexible working hours and a negotiable salary package are on offer to the successful candidate. If you want to work 3 days a week, or maybe start a little later in the mornings and finish earlier in the afternoons, that is on offer!
