Working as a Litigation Secretary, you will find yourself working alongside experienced litigators who specialise in body corporate disputes, insolvency disputes, and estate litigation. This position may transition into a Paralegal role in the future for the right candidate.
Your will be responsible for:
- Diary and travel coordination;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Preparing briefs;
- Amending documents; and
- General Legal Secretary / Paralegal tasks as required.
Candidates with at least 2 years' experience in any area of law as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal are encouraged to apply, however you must be a career Legal Secretary / Paralegal.
