The Role:
As the face of the firm, the team is looking for someone professional, cheerful and friendly to join their collegiate, supportive team.  In addition to greeting visitors and attending to all incoming telephone calls, the position will also involve a range of duties that will keep your day varied with:

  • incoming and outgoing mail, general email and couriers
  • monitoring and ordering of stationery
  • providing high level and friendly client service
  • supporting the senior team with administrative and secretarial support
  • closing and archiving of client files
  • compiling documents, scanning and preparing pdf files for reports
  • ensuring the reception area and boardroom are clean and tidy
  • greeting clients and escorting them to meeting rooms, offering drinks for meetings
  • general ad-hoc duties to support a busy team

About You

  • minimum 1 -2 years of experience in a law firm preferred, though someone with experience working in a professional or a similar office environment will be considered
  • Warm, friendly and outgoing personality would fit in well with this cheerful team
  • polished communication skills and a professional phone manner essential
  • able to meet deadlines with a calm attitude and strong initiative
  • the ability to work well within a team environment
  • strong MS Office skills in addition to being tech savvy
  • a positive attitude and corporate presentation
