This well-respected Brisbane CBD firm is looking for an exceptional Legal Secretary to join their Insurance team and provide high-level administrative and secretarial legal support.

This role will see you specialising in their Property and Injury Liability team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a team of Authors across a broad range of matters including public liability, product liability and property damage claims.
  • Perform varied tasks related to Insurance Litigation including the preparation of documents and briefs, transcription of dictation, taking calls and communicating with clients etc.
  • Attend to dictation, monthly billings, filing and general administrative work with a mix of administrative work as and when required;
  • Assist your authors to find more time in a day, by providing exceptional organisational and administrative assistance.

You will have: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance or Personal Injury sector;
  • Strong administrative and computer skills;
  • Unsurpassed organisational skills;
  • Ability to be a team player and have great attention to detail.
