These roles would suit a legal secretary or assistant who enjoys providing premium support to your team, someone who gains satisfaction of the smooth management of matters and workflow on a daily basis.

You will have a calm and measured approach to your work, working diligently to ensure that the goals of the practice are met and that quality support is provided. The successful candidates will be expected to complete a varied workload of varied tasks and maintain open communication between the support team, the professional team and clients!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise the diary and schedule of your author in a way that makes the most of each day;
  • Work autonomously and with a high degree of accuracy on a varied workload related to different areas of law, such as commercial litigation, property, personal injury or Family Law matters - you will have experience with drafting correspondence, preparing court documents, monthly billings, filing etc.;
  • Work alongside leading professionals toward success while maintaining a keen eye for detail and adhering to deadlines; and
  • Maintain an organised workplace and a flexible and proactive approach to work.

About you:

  • Minimum 1 + years experience in a legal support role;
  • Senior candidates are very welcomed to apply - there are many roles to suit the legal secretaries and paralegals with highly competitive packages on offer;
  • Typing speed minimum 60 wpm;
  • Solid experience supporting Senior authors;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Corporate and professional presentation;
  • Proactive work ethic;
  • Strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail;
  • Passion and understanding for family law and the firm's clients; and
  • Flexibility, reliability and organisation at all times.
