The successful candidate will have a flare for accounting, strong communication skills and proven success in office management. You will enjoy working with people to achieve an office that runs like clockwork, and you will take satisfaction from the success of the firm.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing staff
  • Performing varied tasks related to all legal accounts
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations, Trust Accounting including Trust to Office transfers and Trust Account Investments; Receipts; Invoices; Cheques Credit Card Reconciliations; Billing, Payroll etc.
  • Manage your time to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

You will need: 

  • Prior Legal Accounting/HR and Office Management experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Solid understanding of Trust Accounting
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
