The role: 
Ideally suited to a Legal Secretary or Paralegal with at least 2-3 years legal experience in Wills & Estates. You will have experience in Wills & Estates, Estates Planning, Estate Administration, Wills, Estates Disputes and Testamentary Trust. This role will see you hit the ground running supporting a busy author to manage a variety of matters that have a dispute resolution focus. Now you can support 1-on-1 and be easily recognised for your efforts.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily duties including drafting estate planning documents and correspondence, letters of instruction and briefs;
  • Confidently liaising with clients and other parties as required;
  • Diary and appointment management;
  • support with preparation of documents such as Estates Planning, Estate Administration, Wills, Estates Disputes and Testamentary Trust;
  • Taking ownership of clients and files when required;
  • Preparation of client trust account statements and tax invoices;
  • Work alongside a highly skilled senior lawyer toward success while maintaining accuracy and a keen eye for detail;
  • Providing high level of paralegal/legal admin support.

You will need:

  • Recent experience with a minimum of 2 or 3 years' as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in Wills & Estates;
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative;
  • Be capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision;
  • Flexibility, reliability and organisational skills to be displayed at all times
