Experienced Legal Assistants/Secretaries who have 1 -2 years' experience will be ideally suited to this opportunity with true variety in this highly regarded firm.

Ideally suited to a legal secretary who can offer the following experience:

  • Insurance experience (Professional Indemnity/Public Liability)
  • Administration experience coming from having worked for an insurance litigation team in a law firm
  • Digital Dictation with fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proactive & highly organised with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and happy to help all those around you

Bring to the role your experience and:-

  • 1 - 2 years legal industry experience - Personal Injuries advantageous in Litigation or Personal Injuries
  • be able to transcribe digital dictation and be a fast and accurate typist (70+wpm)
  • prepare general correspondence in a professional manner
  • prepare court briefs and court documents with high attention to detail
  • have file management experience with both electronic and hard copy
  • have experience with diary and email management
  • liaise with clients / external providers with high level customer service
  • have general administrative responsibilities with strong communication skills
  • have the ability to work with initiative and take on new tasks with efficiency; and
  • have excellent communication and software skills
