This firm is in need of an experienced and efficient Legal Secretary who can thrive under pressure!

Working within a highly reputable firm, this role would see you supporting at Partner level, so if you enjoy being relied upon and working closely with an experienced Senior Lawyer, this would be a great move for you to keep your days interesting and varied.

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years' experience in an insurance role, ideally from a Defendant perspective.

This role will see you responsible for all manner of secretarial duties including document preparation and drafting, dictation and diary management. You will be working across a variety of areas of Insurance work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform varied tasks related to Insurance Litigation including the preparation of documents and briefs, transcription of dictation, taking calls and communicating with clients etc.
  • Support senior staff towards achieving results;
  • Attend to dictation, monthly billings, filing and general administrative work with a mix of administrative work as and when required.

You will have: 

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in the Insurance Litigation sector;
  • Strong administrative and computer skills;
  • Fast, accurate typing - at least 70 wpm;
  • Unsurpassed organisational skills;
  • Ability to be a team player and have great attention to detail.
