Legal Assistants: 

If you are looking to support at Partner level as well as supporting the wider team, apply now! Whether you want to join a mid sized firm or a national practice, each of these teams will value your contributions!

In these Legal Assistant roles you will be relied upon to provide administrative support to your authors who value your organisational skills to help them find more time in the day.  You won't need to run your own files here, but you will enjoy supporting your authors and will be able to work with initiative.  At least two (2) years of experience working in a law firm in a Property/Real Estate team is essential for your success in these roles.  Ideally, you will also have gained experience in PEXA.

Conveyancing and Property Paralegals:

You will enjoy running your own files from A-Z and you will have support in order to do so!

Key to your success in each of these roles is: 

  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal - at least two years;
  • Exceptional time management skills;
  • The ability to monitor and meet deadlines and key dates;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage changing priorities;
  • A demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting relationships with people internally and external to the firm.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
