The email address Users provide will only be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions or related service information including company news and updates. If at any time Users decide to opt-out of our mailing list, they can do so by following the instructions included at the bottom of each email or Users may contact us via our Site.

Our Privacy Office will endeavour to provide an initial response to your query or complaint within 7 business days, and Investigate and attempt to resolve your query or complaint within 30 business days or such longer period as is necessary and notified to you by our Privacy Officer.
